1 General Agency Fee General Agency Fee should add JP￥ 50,000.- [Including communication and transportation fee] to the all Local Agency Fee. 2 Payment Time The Principal is receiving the bill of the Agent and paying within Thirty(30)Days the back. 3 Payment Currency Payment is always paid in Japanese Yen. In however, the case of the dollar payment as a special case, exchange rate of U.S DOLLAR per JP￥ to be appried by T.T. Bank selling rate quoted on the previous day of the vessel's arrival at respective ports. 4 Advance Payment 50% of amount of money of the Port Charges Estimate which we submitted is paid as prepayment before Vessel entry into all Japanese Port. 5 Statement of Account The Statement of Account of above/mentioned clause No.1 Do not correct Local Agency Fee and it is mailed. 6 Special Expenses In addition, it is paying in advance each time, if required when special expense's occurs. 7 Canceling When a Charterers nominates Port Agent, the above-mentioned Agency Remuneration does not apply. 8 Others Cargo booked by "The Agent" in South East Asia Area, 3% on total freight revenue described on Fixture Note. 9 Effective as from In witness whereof,the parties hereto have signed and possessed by each parties.
